Bitty City is a group accountability game. This policy explains what we collect and why.
We store the account details you give us (email address and display name) and your game data (groups, daily goals, completions, and city state) in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). This is used solely to run the game and sync it across your devices.
We collect anonymized usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) to understand how the app is used and improve it, and device attestation data (Firebase App Check) to protect the service from abuse.
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
Members of a city you join can see your display name and your daily completion status. That's the point of the game.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app. This removes your profile, leaves every city (cities you founded are deleted for all members), and deletes your login. You can also email us and we'll handle it.
